Impact Milestones

Our congregation’s and community’s families are growing! To provide affordable housing solutions (in a real estate market with almost none) for first-time homeowners, families, and seniors, we’re building them from the ground up.

Provide debt-reduction and coaching classes

Provide classes and coaching for church and community members with the goal of becoming a 100% debt-free congregation
Provide home ownership classes

Provide classes and support for church and community members who are becoming first-generation homeowners
Purchase 75 acres

Purchase land in Rutherford County for a housing development and senior center
Build community of 50-100 homes

Build an affordable housing development focused on first-time homeowners and families
Build and operate a senior living center

Build and manage an assisted living facility for community seniors
